Masala Chai


Yes, we could just buy a pre-mixed Masala Chai (one of the traditional Chai blends of India) but we just couldn’t. Personally, Chai is first and foremost a Tea and by using not one but two really, really good black Teas to begin with we are way ahead of the competition. Then we add in all the goodness from our own stocks of Botanicals. Try simmering it in milk for a real ‘traditional’ style Chai.



In order of appearance: Bai Lin Gong Fu (China) , Milima Estate (Kenya), Cinnamon, Ginger, Black Pepper, Decorticated Cardamon, Cardamon Pods, Orange Peel and Cloves.
