These are hand-rolled green or black Tea leaves surrounding a surprise; tiny, dried flowers. Steep them in a Teapot until they open and enjoy the fragrant beverage. Do not, unless you want to, throw out the flower. Put it in another vessel, we use a large wine glass, and fill with cold water. You can enjoy the beauty for several days after enjoying the Tea.
