The key to these simple blends is, obviously, the base ingredients. We use Bai Lin Gong Fu from Fujian, a Tea that is so forgiving. You can leave this Tea on the water much, much longer than any other without battering the life out of it. It is perfect Chinese Tea. Add in the best Lavender we can find and sit back, tip your cup and exhale.
