Only picked between March 15 and April 10 when there is no dew on the plant nor frost on the ground. Only the silver haired bud is used and it takes the better part of a morning to pick the 50,000 buds needed to make just one kilogram. This is the rarest and finest and fanciest and whiterverest of all white Teas of which there are really not that many. It is really good and tastes sublime.
