It’s amazing how well this works to truly calm the body and mind. I’ve been using it at night in place of wine (because sugar and health ha) and it’s been wonderful on helping everything wind down and prepare for sleep. Alternatively it also worked wonders before a test without putting me in a haze or foggy. Just took the edge off. I bought it when I was pregnant and am so glad I did because it’s been such a help managing chaos now that I’m not pregnant/nursing anymore.
