High Mountain Oolong is rolled in a mixture of Ginseng and Licorice Root and other Chinese Herbs. It looks like commercial grade fish food pellets, although we have had limited success feeding our Koi with them. First steeping is all about the coating. The second, third and forth are a beautiful mixture of floral Oolong and subtle hints of chinese herbal sweetness.

I love this oolong. Truly one of the best ginseng oolong teas i have had. Awesome earthy taste with a delacate sweet finish. Can steep this one multiple times!
