Sencha is the ubiquitous tea of Japan. It is what everyone drinks, except for ours – Sencha Fukamushi Tea, from Shizouka, a region in the shadow of Mt. Fuji…Shizuoka means ‘tranquil hills’ which completely describes the region where our Sencha comes from and makes for a lovely peaceful cup.
