Why would anyone mess with a perfectly flavored Earl Grey? Because someone asked us to and it stuck. The smokiness of the Lapsang marries so well with the Bergamot notes of the Earl Grey. Personally I don’t like Lapsang and am not a fan of the fact that I spend more than a few moments of my week blending more of this one to keep up with demand.
