Oolong is a conundrum of sorts as one cannot put a finger on any one discernible flavor or aroma or color or country of origin. That being said Oolong has, for some unknown reason, a plethora of scientific good things proved by science about triglycerides and fat-burning and metabolism and enzymes. I say leave that nonsense to the scientists and just enjoy them as they are, truly, the greatest Teas.
